Lisa Duffy-Zeballos, Ph.D
Lisa Duffy-Zeballos, Ph.D. is an art historian, provenance researcher, and collections professional specializing in provenance research, including Holocaust-era and cultural heritage investigations, catalogues raisonnés, and collections management. She works with collectors, museums, artists’ estates, and art market professionals to research, document, and interpret works of art and their histories.
As former Director of Art Research at the International Foundation for Art Research (IFAR), Lisa directed its Provenance and Art Authentication Research Services and managed the Catalogues Raisonnés Database. She also co-taught IFAR’s provenance research training course. Her museum experience includes research and collections work at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Art Institute of Chicago.
Drawing on extensive experience with archival records, museum documentation, auction records, and scholarly resources, Lisa provides provenance, authentication and due diligence research, collection services, and consulting.
She received her doctorate in art history from the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University, and is completing an M.L.S. with an archives certificate at Queens College, CUNY.

Helen Dennis
Helen Dennis is an arts professional specializing in collections management, provenance research support, and the stewardship of art collections. She works with collectors, estates, galleries, and auction houses to document, organize, and manage collections with discretion, precision, and a long-term perspective.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience across the commercial art market and private collections, Helen has supported the acquisition, sale, loan, and ongoing stewardship of artworks. Her expertise includes collection inventories, museum loans, condition reporting, logistics, insurance coordination, digital asset management, and due diligence for private transactions and auction consignments.
Helen has also contributed to scholarly initiatives, including the Catalogue Raisonné of the Drawings of Jasper Johns, supporting the organization and documentation of object records. She brings a practical, highly organized approach to collection management, creating tailored systems that improve accessibility, support informed decision-making, and preserve the integrity of collections over time.
Helen holds an MFA from Hunter College, CUNY, and a BA (Honors) in Fine Art with a focus in Art History/Contextual Studies from the University of the Creative Arts, Canterbury, UK. She also maintains an active studio practice.
